These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RandomAct (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Service

4. Credits and Payments
Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based model. Each video generation consumes one or more credits depending on the resolution and settings selected. Credits may be purchased individually or through a subscription plan.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once used for video generation. Unused credits from individual purchases do not expire. Subscription credits roll over month to month while your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, remaining credits will be available until the end of your current billing period.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
